da bet nacional: Schalke 04 striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar could be on his way to the Premier League, reports TalkSport this morning.
da winzada777: The Dutchman re-discovered his form in the Bundesliga last season, becoming top scorer with 29 goals after failing to impress prior to his move to Germany during spells with Real Madrid and AC Milan.
Speculation has linked Huntelaar to England in the past, with Arsenal, Tottenham and Premier League runners up Manchester United forming a trio of clubs who have all been interested in signing the talismanic Dutchman.
Schalke manager Horst Heldt stated that; “he (Huntelaar) has always wanted to be a champion’ and his £17 million release clause could see him leave Gelsenkirchen as it is a fee ‘the big club can afford.”
With all three Premier League teams trying to challenge the dominance of money laden rivals Manchester City and Chelsea, a prolific striker in the form of 28 year old Huntelaar would be a ruthless signing to strengthen any team.
Currently trying to salvage his countries chances at Euro 2012, if Huntelaar’s release clause is to be breached he will look to make an impact against Portugal on Sunday night at a time when the Oranje need him most.
